4. Payments & Fees

Third-party tools, plugins, or licensed assets remain subject to their respective licenses.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Request work that violates intellectual property rights

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or infrastructure

  • Reverse-engineer proprietary systems delivered by Auoris Agency

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Auoris Agency shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities

  • Delays caused by third-party services (hosting providers, APIs, payment gateways, etc.)

  • Damages resulting from misuse or unauthorized modification of delivered work

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in dispute.

8. Project Termination

Either party may terminate a project under the following conditions:

  • Material breach of agreement

  • Failure to meet payment obligations

Upon termination:

  • Work completed up to that point will be billed accordingly

  • Access to project materials may be revoked until dues are cleared

9. Revisions & Scope Changes
